anne saxelby, proprietor of saxelby cheesemongers, will once again lead us through a cheese and wine pairing. anne and her team are taking care of the cheese portion and i will take care of the wine.
for those of you who have yet to experience the magic of saxelby, this is your chance. we will taste two cheeses (which will ship separately in order to ensure maximum freshness) and two wines--these will deliver in the same manner as usual.
