what: an insider’s approach to burgundy doesn’t always come easy. with the younger generation almost fully in charge, the atmosphere is changing dramatically. in addition, many of the sites that were historically too cold to produce meaningful wines are now finding a place in the spotlight. we will taste two examples of insider burgundy, while our special guest guides us through the wines.
